Polgain Limited are manufacturers of Cams, Camshafts and Precision Engineers for OEM customers as well as the after-market and re-conditioners.

 Our modern factory in Lowestoft is well equipped to support the engineering skills of the very experienced and long serving employees. We are able to manufacture any cam-related products that you may have a requirement for.

We operate CNC Landis and Adcole machines for camshaft work and are able to produce camshafts to a maximum length of 1800mm with a minimum inverse radius of 70mm. We also design and manufacture automotive production tooling including cam grinding and turning master banks (Gangmasters). ISO9001 registered and approved supplier to many OEM customers within the prestige and development automotive industry such as Bentley, Jaguar and Lotus

We operate a Kopp SK22 Cam Grinding machine amongst others and are able to mill industrial cams in excess of 760mm diameter and grind plate cam profiles up to 1300mm. Typical cam types manufactured are face, plate, swing arm, barrel, winding, index and conjugate cams. Since March 2002 we have gained many OEM customers within the bottling, canning, packaging, printing, pharmaceuticals and diesel industries.
